Kevin O’Donoghue, LMHC

Director

Life is difficult when you don't know who you are and where you want to go. I know how to help you answer both of these questions. Are you ready to know yourself on the deepest levels? I'm ready to help you. I like clients to be " curious" rather than judgmental of their issues/problems. It is only through a spirit of " curiosity" -- rather than anger or blaming -- that a client can learn to step back from their problems and learn to resolve them. Specializing in couples, young adults, group therapy, Enneagram personality typing, Gregorc thinking styles, primal therapy and meditation.
