I have worked at this psychotherapy center for 23 years—the longest-standing clinician here—

and during that time, I have had the rare opportunity to witness its thoughtful and intentional

evolution. What began as a professional space has grown into a deeply peaceful, welcoming

environment where practitioners of many disciplines can do their work with focus, integrity, and

care. The atmosphere consistently supports calm, reflection, and healing, not only for clients but

for clinicians as well. The rooms are designed attractively and comfortably. In addition, there are

specific rooms that have serious soundproofing which is quite a helpful feature.

One of the elements I value most is the presence of a warm, attentive, and engaging

administrator who greets people as they arrive. The welcoming waiting room sets a reassuring

tone from the moment someone walks through the door, helping clients feel held and respected

before their session even begins. These seemingly small details make a meaningful difference.

At one point, when circumstances suggested I might need to relocate my practice, I explored

other professional spaces throughout New York City. I was consistently unimpressed by what I

saw—none came close to the sense of tranquility, intention, and professionalism that defines the

Positive Mind Center. In the end, it became clear how unique this center truly is. After more than

two decades, it remains a place where I am proud to practice and deeply appreciative of the

environment that has been so carefully cultivated over the years.
